The Catering Management Platform is the leader in catering-related procurement and logistical support for government, charter and managed aircraft operators.
Redesign and rebuild of the Catering Management Platform, which introduces three new features. Partners tiles: a new way to showcase the providers depending on their statuses. Help feature (Zendesk): ‘how to’ content to guide the users step by step and allow them to log bugs, feedback or questions. A new dashboard using dynamic charts and tiles.
Addition of new features to the Catering Management Platform to open the system to every flight attendant. This includes the registration process with a wizard to capture the details required to create the user in the system, in Stripe and capture the first payment of the subscription. Manage payment methods and subscription features, and place payment hold when submitting an order to secure payment at delivery.
Internal application linked to the Catering Management Platform to manage holds and payments of our existing customers using Stripe library and API.
